In order to fulfill our mission of providing quality, affordable housing, we periodically issue Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). These seek an array of services from make ready/painting and/or modernization, and more. Our goal is to give all experienced firms with expertise in affordable housing services equal opportunity through open procurement processes. We encourage such firms to consider responding to the RFPs as we aim to provide this equal opportunity to all qualified bidders. Section 3 individuals and businesses are encouraged to respond.
