The Commerce Housing Authority will open its Low-Rent Public Housing Waiting List beginning:

Monday, September 7, 2026, at 12:00 a.m.

The waiting list will close:

Friday, October 9, 2026, at 11:45 p.m.

NOTICE TO CURRENT AND FUTURE APPLICANTS

All applications require a valid email address. If you want to make changes to your application, you must access the Applicant Portal to do so.

Please be sure that your email address and phone number is accurate as the portal will be the only way to update and make changes to your application going forward, and as such, please ensure that you update this information as it changes.

Please be advised that you are required to update your application through the online application portal every six (6) months. Failure to update your application every six (6) months will result in your application being purged and dropped from the waiting list.
