Our housing programs offer:

 

Flat Rent/Income based rent, which includes the cost of water and trash collection and a utility allowance deduction off of rent for electric and gas usage.

 

Elderly/Disabled residents allowed an out of pocket medical expense income deduction off of rent.

 

ADA units available.

 

Range/Refrigerator provided and appliances approved for ADA units.

 

Families as well as elderly or disabled residents may own a pet .

 

Twenty-Four Hour Emergency Maintenance.

 

Security available….local police department patrol, security lights, on call security staff.

 

Laundry facilities at two public housing site locations. Community  Centers, Meals on Wheels on site and/or delivery to homebound residents.
